I have stayed for 4 days and used the laundry dryer in the room. The microwave oven is only 5 minutes away from Vientiane City to eat. Had a little problem that I booked 2 beds in a room, air conditioner is not cold enough, we asked to change then they gave us at another floor of the same 2 beds, the ac smelled cigarette. So we asked to change again, they said the 2 beds room we choose is kinda like that. So we decided to pick a queen bed size, then they gave us the queen bedroom, this room is impressive so far. It is recommended to check the room first when check in. Bed sheets are clean so far. Breakfast is just so so, 2 days same food buffet served, but the view is great there!

The hotel is located in a very nice area. The family suite is nice as it has a large fridge and a washer/dryer. I feel that the place is a bit outdated as the bathtub has these brown stains and the pull down curtains didn’t work in the master bathroom. The floors felt grimy and there was dust in the corners of the rooms. One of the rooms was also missing a blanket , but we called housekeeping for it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as the space is nice.
