Hot spring Hotels in Hangzhou

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

My husband and I decided to go out for a hot spring bath at the last minute. The resort experience was very good, and the cave hot springs were very exciting hahahaha! The rainbow slide was fun, but I was scared to death because I was timid, hahahaha! The buffet breakfast provided was great! It was also fun to play billiards in the gym. All the service staff had very good attitudes, especially the receptionist, Ms. Li Tingting, who was very patient and attentive. High praise.

During the Spring Festival this year, the whole family chose to stay in a hotel in Tianmu Mountain and booked a quadruple room with mountain view. Unlike other hotels, I did not receive advance greetings from hotel staff before traveling. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff who checked in were not very friendly and very routine, but some of the service staff I met later were more enthusiastic. One thing to say is that the exterior design of the hotel is very thoughtful and impressive, but the soundproofing facilities in the rooms cannot be said to be very bad. I can only say that they are almost non-existent. You can even hear the noise in the next room if you don't want to. . . In addition, the central air conditioning in the hotel is fixed and cannot be controlled in the room. It can only be turned off directly. However, it was still very hot. The elders almost lost sleep because of the heat on the first night. The last thing I want to say is that the hotel's breakfast is not satisfactory. If you need to spend extra money to buy it, I really don't recommend it.

Small details: special omelette from the restaurant during buffet breakfast, welcome fruit basket in the room, help with ordering the tickets for the many entertainment facilities by the hotel! Amazing location for family get away with young kids! Water world, amusement park, hot spring are all within the hotel area, don’t miss the buffet dinner! Thank you for wonderful summer fun! The hotel is located on Manjuelong Road in the West Lake Scenic Area of ​​Hangzhou. It is quiet in the bustle and built against the mountains. It has white walls and black tiles with ivy all over the wall. It is simple and stylish. The cafe on the first floor has books, scenery and coffee. There are several cute little pets, perfect for dazing and taking photos. The room is luxuriously decorated, clean and hygienic, with brand bathroom and toiletries. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights on the roof, paired with the emerald green sofa, are great for taking photos. Movies 👍, reading in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and taking a bath under the stars satisfied all my girlish feelings. The hotel's bubble room is also a highlight. It has a unique shape and is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs after a day of fun! The hotel's breakfast really amazed me. It was carefully prepared. It was not only nutritious and satisfied my taste buds, but the restaurant environment was also very healing. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and the little brother also carefully introduced the surrounding attractions and travel routes, which is really great. If I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou in the future, I will choose to stay at Jianxiang Hotel again.

Indeed a very nice place. You can spend the day at the villa with pool, and enjoy the different hot springs within the hotel facilities. There was a nice afternoon tea included after arrival. Also, around 40 minutes driving from the hotel there are a couple of exciting water parks and rafting opportunities. All in all, very good experience. Spacious villa with good pool and whirlpool.

The price of the arcade is too expensive. Two or three coins per game is more reasonable. Overall, it is very good. It is suitable for three days and two nights of slow-paced experience.
