My flight was early and wanted to early as possible as could be, thus I chose to sleep at the Hayatt Place Hotel in Hangzhou Airport. The service rendered from the door portal to the check in counter was superb! The door man was welcoming and assisted me with my luggage. The gentleman at the check in counter “Mr Lurk” was professional, spoke English and could get me through the process of checking in quite quickly. The cleanliness/tidiness and overall aesthetics was on point, classy, environment friendly and presented a relaxing ambiance! The entrance was inviting and assists was 100% full on. The room was heated immediately once I entered the room. The bedding was very clean and including the bathroom as well. There were no carpet stains nor clogged and chloride stains in the bathroom. It was top notch clean! Well done on it. The important amenities were in place and accessible. I am very impressed by the overall design and relaxing environment of the hotel in general. Thank you! Location very near to airport. Airport drop off there . Food was very good. Staff is very cooperative . I will prefer to stay there again & recommend my friends.

The hotel is very soundproofed and the rooms have been upgraded so you can see the planes. George and Lulu provided good service and took the initiative to prepare small gifts and special toiletries for the children, which was very considerate. if you are coming from the airport or just needing a place to crash before your flight, it is a good option. The rooms are very large and have what you need. The room was not the cleanest and it smelled terribly of smoke. I had not asked for a smoking room, but I had not asked for a non-smoking either, so I guess that may be partially my own fault. I was waiting an arrival the following morning so I as coming from Hangzhou train statio0n by Didi...I am a foreigner and the location is not available from the English version of Didi. I would recommend going to the airport and walking to the hotel if you are able. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The staff did not speak any English and could not help when I called for assistance...there are other Manju hotels that are not the same as this one. The location is excellent and despite my worries and the disclaimer sent, it was not noisy at all.

Very convenient location for the airport, clean and helpful staff with a free shuttle bus to and from the terminals. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not open the day we stayed. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, one soft and one memory foam. With a powerful shower and great selection of toiletries

This is really the best value for money hotel I have stayed in in the past few years. I am traveling with my children and have a transit in Hangzhou. Since the transit time is more than 20 hours apart, I am planning to find a hotel that is convenient to the airport and scenic spots. I read reviews about this before. I chose this one as the bedding was all new. I was originally worried that the reviews online were just photos, but I didn’t expect that I actually made a profit. 1. The first choice room is really big, and the quilt is very clean, fluffy and dry to the touch. The bathroom is very clean, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the disposable supplies are very full. The towels and bath towels were also very clean and seemed to be new. 2. In terms of sound insulation, because I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, it was very quiet. Maybe I was not in the downtown area and slept until almost 10 o'clock in the morning. Compared with the five-star hotel I stayed in Sanya two days ago, people talked in the corridor in the middle of the night as if the door was not closed. I really love this hotel. When we went out to take the subway during the day, we noticed that there were actually construction sites nearby. 3. In terms of transportation, not far from the hotel is Exit B of Xingang Station of Metro Line 7. When you get to the terminal, Wushan Square is next to the West Lake, which is very convenient. If you go to the airport, there is only one stop is ”Xiaoshan International Airport”, which is very convenient. The hotel has an airport pick-up bus that leaves on the hour. We didn't use the airport drop-off, so I don't know if there is a drop-off service. There is a disadvantage if you take a taxi. In addition to the fare, the driver usually charges an additional 20 yuan for the round-trip airport express fee (although it is only one-way, you will be charged a round-trip fee). 4. Breakfast, I really didn’t expect that it only costs more than 200 for a double breakfast, but the breakfast is not compromising at all. It has Chinese and Western styles. The wontons and egg pudding made by the aunt are really delicious, and the jam is a mini box from Debao. , it’s so worth it, to be honest, I felt sorry for the boss for a few seconds while eating. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Hangzhou, I will most likely choose this hotel to stay.

The lobby environment is of the same standard. The front desk greeted us politely with a smile. The check-in procedure quickly guided us to the direction of the room and the location of the restaurant. The front desk boy Xiao Wang also helped to upgrade the room. Because we arrived very late that night, he gave us snacks, fruit milk, etc. The guest rooms are clean and hygienic, the zero-pressure room is very comfortable, the shower water is normal and the temperature is appropriate, and it is fully equipped at one time. The room lady greeted us politely. The problem was solved in time. The key point is that Manager Wang Ning's service is very good, he handles things in time, and treats people patiently and carefully. He kindly arranged a car to take me to the subway entrance. Very good.

Staff is very nice Fast check in Spacious and clean rooms Close to airport, a metro station at 50m from hotel, just one station to the airport or 25min by car. Breakfast really poor and not good for the few things propose compare to most hôtel of this range. I like Chinese food but its not good there. Ok though if you just need a simple noodle bowl for your breakfast.

It’s a very nice hotel. There is a handsome guy who can help you with luggage and clothes. There is also a pretty girl at the front desk who has a great service attitude. The office environment in the business area is elegant. The staff also gave you a cup of freshly ground coffee. The breakfast environment is good, with rich varieties and many kinds. You can choose noodles, which is great! Will definitely come again next time
