1，入住當天安排的房間未打掃，客户體驗差，希望酒店在保潔方面加強管理。2，房間浴室排水全部留到外面，使用不理想。3，用餐不推薦，菜品性價比不好，點了4個菜，用了一個多小時才上齊，體驗差。以上希望改進。訂了連住2晚，最後選擇提前退房，衹住了一晚，另一晚留待下次有改善後，再來體驗對比。 客觀評價，民宿競爭激烈，希望能重視提升服務！

為了去徑山寺訪茶訂的這家民宿。所在的新村是山上的茶農搬遷的新村。房間設施硬件都很好，就是淋浴間的下水不是很通暢，水容易漫出來。入住時攜程沒有把提前入住的需要提前溝通，但還是讓我提前入住了。第二天需要一大早五點半去杭州東站，老闆娘幫約了車，司機非常準時，也沒有加價，靠譜。

老闆娘人特別好，第一天把我從餐廳拎回去，第二天晚上自己跑不出來，讓妹夫把我救回去。比起山口閘門內的某民宿和他們的黑車小夥伴，善良的老闆娘簡直是衹賺人心不賺鈔票的天使。

下山以後，直奔宴茶徑山築民宿。這是當地原住民政府安置的新農村，建築非常漂亮，打着非遺的旗號，開啟了民宿的經營，生意相當火爆！為了祛除上山的濕氣，我們在民宿享用圍爐煮茶，一壺薑茶，一壺陳皮老白茶，加上生梨等各類水果、粗糧，別有一番風味。貼心的老闆燒起了壁爐，隨着柴火的噼啪作響，暖洋洋的感覺，讓我回到了人間，這才是生日該有的樣子！下次還要來！！[蛋糕][蛋糕][蛋糕][愛心][愛心][愛心][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

房間很新，衞生也做的很好，位置在茶村裡，離徑山寺很近，自駕很方便，附近的農家樂都挺好吃的，一早開車去桐橋停車然後坐接駁車上山非常絲滑…定的loft房型房間挺大的但是暖氣太足了睡在上面好熱，然後就拖着被子睡到了榻榻米上，很寬敞也很好睡，下次來還住~
