EBO Hotel(Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Square Store)

Stayed here for three days during my trip to Hangzhou. Visited during the off-peak season, so the price was really good. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and I was extremely satisfied. There's a Wanshang Park right downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around. I took the water bus to tour the canal and see Gongchen Bridge, visited West Lake, went to the night market, to the Children's Palace, and hiked Gem Mountain at Huanglong Cave. Most places were directly accessible by bus. Getting to the train station by subway was also easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including restaurants and convenience stores. It's a very well-connected location. The service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a balcony room, which was a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very warm and polite. My child and I were very happy with our stay here. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Hangzhou.

The room is spacious and the location is great. It's only about a 7-minute walk to the subway, and there are many restaurants on the street. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the 'lao fen' (stir-fried rice noodles), which is really good. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

I've been back to Hangzhou almost every month for the past few years, and I usually stay at hotels in the Wulin Square business district. This time, I chose the Ebo Hotel, and my overall impression can be summed up in two words: 'cozy and welcoming!'

They even offered a complimentary bubble tea upon check-in, which was a lovely touch! Just a small suggestion though, fewer jellies in the bubble tea would be even better. 😁 The room was decent, but being street-facing, it was a bit noisy, although still manageable. When the kids needed something, we called the front desk and a robot delivered it quite quickly. I've probably stayed at this hotel three or four times now and I'm generally very satisfied! 👍

Excellent hotel! The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Attractions aren't too far either; Wulin Night Market is only about 1 km away.
