差的一塌糊塗，前台態度非常惡劣，業務不熟練，多收費，當我提出一些合理的需求和問題時，她們不能及時有效的解決，還表現出明顯的不耐煩，給人一種你愛住不住的感覺。這種垃圾的前台服務嚴重影響對整個酒店印象，還跟客人要好評，如果大家不想被氣，一定要避雷，避雷 ，避雷。。。。
