Hotel decor and ambience is luxurious and grand. Room is clean and comfortable. Everything in the room gives a luxurious feel but most items in the room are chargeable. Shower gel and shampoo were only quarter-filled in the dispenser in the shower cubicle. Conditioner is not provided. The beautiful luxury bathtub does not have any bath wash provided. The bath salts is chargeable. Soap is also not provided. The hotel also do not provide children’s slippers and toothbrush.
Breakfast was average and choices were limited.
Service provided were average. There is no warmth in the service provided. Staff were not very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel. Although this was my first time booking hotel in china, turned out it was more than what i expected to be. Booked one room range in floor 1-7 (ps. Be careful don’t choose the basement one if you like to have a great view).

The room was luxuriously appointed.
But what about the 20 yuan "deposit fee"? In China, it is standard practice to pay a deposit when you arrive, normally 500 yuan. The hotel gives this back to you when you leave, minus anything you might have taken from the mini-bar etc. I used to pay this in cash back in the pre-e-money days... It was always repaid in full.
Now of course cash is a rarity in China's big cities. At the HZ Platinum Hanjue, I paid a 500 yuan deposit using my WeChat account. When I checked out, they said the money would be credited back to my WeChat account in the afternoon. It was, but not 500, just 480. There is no charge when you transfer money between wechat accounts so I was surprised by this commission.
This is a luxurious-looking hotel but it has a cold heart. Try to find something smaller and friendlier with more of a human touch.

After arriving, I bought a lighter for 5 yuan and instant noodles for 8 yuan. Then all the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable to sleep on. I don't know how this hotel is designed.
