Beautiful yet affordable hotel in Hangzhou. The rooms are very spacious and lots of shops around.

Hotel decor and ambience is luxurious and grand. Room is clean and comfortable. Everything in the room gives a luxurious feel but most items in the room are chargeable. Shower gel and shampoo were only quarter-filled in the dispenser in the shower cubicle. Conditioner is not provided. The beautiful luxury bathtub does not have any bath wash provided. The bath salts is chargeable. Soap is also not provided. The hotel also do not provide children’s slippers and toothbrush. Breakfast was average and choices were limited. Service provided were average. There is no warmth in the service provided. Staff were not very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel. Although this was my first time booking hotel in china, turned out it was more than what i expected to be. Booked one room range in floor 1-7 (ps. Be careful don’t choose the basement one if you like to have a great view). Definitely will come back! 10/10 谢谢！

The room was luxuriously appointed. But what about the 20 yuan "deposit fee"? In China, it is standard practice to pay a deposit when you arrive, normally 500 yuan. The hotel gives this back to you when you leave, minus anything you might have taken from the mini-bar etc. I used to pay this in cash back in the pre-e-money days... It was always repaid in full. Now of course cash is a rarity in China's big cities. At the HZ Platinum Hanjue, I paid a 500 yuan deposit using my WeChat account. When I checked out, they said the money would be credited back to my WeChat account in the afternoon. It was, but not 500, just 480. There is no charge when you transfer money between wechat accounts so I was surprised by this commission. This is a luxurious-looking hotel but it has a cold heart. Try to find something smaller and friendlier with more of a human touch.

This is the second time I chose this hotel. The first time I stayed there, there were bugs on the bed. We also chose this hotel because the room environment is pretty good and the price/performance ratio is okay, so we chose this hotel again after returning from Shanghai this time. The room is quite spacious and parking is convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and it is not expensive to eat. The first time I didn't know there was a restaurant, so I ran around outside to find something to eat. The small episode is that this time we were asked to pay a parking fee of one yuan per hour. I said that we didn't have to pay the parking fee last time. Don't all hotels provide parking? Later, the handsome guy at the front desk let us enter the mini program. But I was still very satisfied with my stay. Especially the bathtub in the room is super good. It's so refreshing to take a bath when you are tired. However, the charge for a disposable bathtub cover is a bit high, 15 yuan each.

After staying for one day, I extended the room with the account manager, but the connection was not good. The front desk could not find the reservation and forced my client to pay the room fee again! ! ! It was too unprofessional! The customer has informed the front desk that if they insist on doing this, there will be a bad review. The front desk said very confidently that there is no problem! I would like to ask if this is not a problem for the hotel, is there too many orders? ! Never come again. Front desk and customer service: bad!

The hotel is very grand, with a nice environment, and it can be seen that the business is also very good, but the basic hygiene still needs to be improved. The room I stayed in was obviously not vacuumed, and there were hairs everywhere, broken garbage from the previous guests, and there was garbage in the trash can. There were fine hairs on the pillows. I found it later, but I didn't ask them to change it. The speed of handling at the front desk was okay, and the attitude of the lady who came to clean was still very good.

I stayed for two consecutive nights for a meeting, and I spent almost no time in the room. I was in the conference hall. This hotel should be mainly for conferences, next to the Songcheng scenic area. It is really rare to have such a large new hotel now. The room style may be liked by some people.

The room facilities are average. The height of the bathtub is so high that I wonder how to use it. Is it reasonable for the elderly and children to climb up and down? The mineral water can only be 2 bottles a day. Everything in the room is charged. The price is also several pei more expensive. The surrounding facilities are not complete at all, and there is no robot to deliver takeaways. You have to go downstairs to get it every time. Is it to drive consumption in the hotel?
