這幾天天氣很好，酒店環境舒適宜人，房間設施保養得挺好，不像一個老酒店，衞生乾淨整潔很讓人安心，回來時發現服務員竟然幫忙擦拭了行李箱包括輪子都擦的很乾凈，非常驚喜，做了我一直想做又一直沒做的事，非常感謝！晚上很貼心的準備了眼罩，裝在一個很漂亮的信封裏，不得不説，酒店服務真的很用心！房間用的是戴森吹風機，還有智能馬桶，床也很舒服，落地窗式錢塘江美景，感覺發現了一家寶藏酒店。早餐廳在二十二樓，確實是一線江景，服務周到貼心，下次還會選擇。

When they learned that we had elderly people, they took the initiative to introduce the hotel rooms and upgraded the room type for us. The so-called luxury hotel we booked in Hangzhou before had very stiff front desk service, which was far from Greentown's initiative to consider the needs of guests. So we decided to stay at Greentown. Although our time in Greentown was very short, we felt the warmth of home everywhere since we arrived at Greentown. My parents are both octogenarians. As soon as they got off the car, the hotel staff helped them. For breakfast, the service staff peeled the food before giving it to the elderly. It was great! We will come to Greentown again!
