房間很乾凈、整潔。地點在地鐵5號線和3號線中間，去各個景點都很方便，附近有武林門碼頭和壩子橋碼頭，運河遊覽也很方便。小區裏也很安靜，不吵鬧。房東人很好，會幫助解決問題。
