位置特別好，出門就是地鐵，房間很小，但是很精緻，前台小張很熱情❤️

房間乾淨，離西湖也近。房間佈置的很温馨，早餐豐富，還可以自己榨鮮果汁。服務態度一流，特別是前台小張美女温柔可親，客人在外摔傷還提供了碘伏創可貼。下次還會光顧。

住的很舒服，原本訂的一個房間很大但是沒窗户，住兩天有點悶，一早就聯繫了前台小周同學看是否可以幫忙換房，她很耐心細緻的指導我們如何網上操作，並且給我們調整了一間很安靜的房間，第二晚住的很舒適，非常感謝她的幫助。同時打掃衞生的阿姨也很親切，衞生乾淨，房間裏的智能化產品很適合年輕人。
