酒店地理位置很好，步行到西湖斷橋30分鐘左右，周邊吃飯也方便。酒店房間設施比較新，美中不足就是大廳沒有舒服的休息區。建議在大廳設定休息區，備一點茶水咖啡，這樣會更加舒適一些。

非常乾淨，服務特別周到。從前台到客服再到保潔和餐廳服務員，都非常熱心，情緒價值拉滿。房間很衞生，乾濕分離。空間也足夠大，傢俱很新，去西湖散步很近。總之強烈推薦。

昨天晚上快凌晨到，門口沒有車位了，然後前台小姐姐幫我領到後面院子裏，把兩塊墊子拉到入口那，很認真很盡責，也很辛苦，服務真的巨好。（老闆招到這種員工真的是福氣，給她加工資好嗎，不然要把她挖走了！）酒店整體很乾凈，雖然靠馬路但是也不吵，會因為服務繼續來住。

設施：設施完善。有機器人送外賣上樓，很方便。空調調温方便無異味。
衞生：房間打掃及時。消耗品及時補齊。
環境：地理位置優越，在市區，離商場和景點都很近。隔音也很好，房間內無雜音。
服務：服務熱情周到。
下次來杭州旅遊還會選擇這家酒店～
