位置：酒店位置很好找，地理位置很方便，邊上就是西湖銀泰和地鐵站，容易出行。
設施：設施齊全
衞生：衞生很不錯，酒店很乾凈！
服務：服務真的特別好店員都特別有耐心！尤其是有個店員小姐姐，因為我們當時急着趕高鐵，箱子還寄存在酒店，打車設定了途徑點經過酒店拿箱子，麻煩店員小姐姐給我們拿出來，小姐姐二話不説頂着好大好大的雨幫我們拿出來了，真的超級感謝！！！

第一次住這裏，離西湖不遠，到鼓樓美食街也很近，離地鐵站也很近。
環境：
據説是剛開半年不到，沒有裝修的味道了，房間很乾凈。喜歡他們家的大廳，還有騎樓下的外擺區。
