可能是因為想象不一樣，有點小誤差，環境是沒得説，環境非常幽靜，但是衞生間馬桶是壞的，確實有點麻煩了。前台非常熱情，停車也很方便

定房後會電話核實，這個很滿意，房間特別滿意，真是天然氧吧，小院子是亮點，前台小姐姐也非常熱心友好，服務非常周到，會盡量滿足提出的要求的，大廳裏還可以練字，喝茶，氛圍很棒！

一樓公共區域佈置地很雅緻，早飯有面和XX兩種，第一次免費升級為家庭房，連續兩個週末入住，門口也方便停車，就是喜歡住在杭州的山裡，西湖邊～

阿姨很好，環境很舒適，第二次選擇過來住了，早餐9點半之前都可以吃，走出去就是長橋公園，景色優美。沒有電梯，行李大的建議住1-2樓。房間衛生舒適。
