前台小姐姐服務很好，出行很方便，離西湖也很近，設施很齊全，步行半小時吧剛好可以散步，整體挺不錯的，值得推薦

房間晚上比較吵，設施有點舊，枕頭套有股氣味，，一晚都沒怎麼睡，房間包含早歺，到是省心不少，

位置很好，鬧中取靜，離武林廣場和西湖都近，不需要坐地鐵，公交十來分鐘就到了，而且房間面積比之前在市區住過的其它地方大。
