一整棟樓都是這家酒店，令人信賴。
交通十分便利，就在地鐵站邊上距離20米左右。環境安靜，隔壁鳳起路十分鐘熱鬧，騎自行車1公里，或者坐地鐵一站就到。鬧中取靜。
室內裝修復古，實誠，一看就用料紮實，不擔心甲醛。
前台小姐姐服務很好。
很有性價比。本來預訂了附近的民宿，結果發現環境魚龍混雜，後來取消了那邊的民宿，發現這邊價格差不多，明顯這邊好很多。無論裝修環境還是服務都很滿意。

房間還可以，前台工作人員給安排了一間能看到西湖的大床房，還加了一張床，帶孩子出遊，很周到。早餐豐富，補充也及時。
