The lobby is located at level 52. They serve welcome drinks as well. Staff are providing great service with great attitude. We had a pleasant stay!

Great Hotel & location. View is speculator from lobby on a clear day. Staff friendly, good selection of Chinese food for breakfast, limited western food.Rooms cleans has all amenities required, free drinks daily in fridge & laundry 👍. Would recommend for short & long stays, would recommend reception staff have at least basic English skills but was able to communicate via the translation tool fine.

Great location.

We checked in late and was very pleased with the service we have received from 雷芸. She was very detailed and patient, despite it being so late she served us with a bright smile and energy. She accommodated to the room request that I have mentioned in my booking and even helped me with my luggage to the room. Since it was late, we wanted order food delivery and she assisted us with the delivery app. The following morning, we had macbreakfast across the street and the cleaning auntie managed to tidy our room within that short span of time. Staff was very detailed to realised that we drink lots of water, so she alrdy provided us more without us requesting! The 2nd night 雷芸 and her colleague 小龙 was very patient to help us with our laundry arrangements (separate wash) & pick up. Then we recalled abt free afternoon tea that came along with our booking so we went back to the front desk to make reservation. 雷芸 & 小龙 assisted us really promptly and even advice the best timing for the afternoon. Would like to thank 雷芸 & 小龙 for such an enjoyable stay, they truly deserve a raise for such passion with their job! Overall, my stay hasn’t ended but it was such a pleasant experience that I had to share and recommend this hotel! Will definitely return again in future!

The hotel has an excellent location close to the river, parks, shopping malls and restaurants. The area is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean. We loved the evening light show. However, we couldn’t fully enjoy the view because the window glass was dirty. I understand that it’s technically difficult to clean the windows on the 54th floor though. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Totally recommend for any type of travelers!

It was confusing at first, but in general it was good experience, staff is friendly and kind. Rooms are not that big, sometimes the design of the room is questionable because in the middle of the room it was a colony and it was uncomfortable to move but overall it was good.

It offers the best view in the area as this is the tallest building there. Since it is so high, it is very quiet. Has three big shopping malls near the hotel so it has alot of shopping and eateries

Awesome room with an awesome view! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to one with river view. The location very central and close to Shops and Metro.

The reception staffs are very attentive. Breakfast is ok. Views is excellent. Managers at front desks are excellent. High tea not in existence. Windows are dirty even though booked the Suite but cannot look out huge windows as too dirty .

The hotel was very clean and I slept well. They are service-minded as well.

We were on our honeymoon, the sofa had a big white stain (looked like ***** stain) it set off our mood😕. The room was not clean there were dust and dirt. Hallways were smelly. The location was not on a busy street, some may like it some may not. However the staff was amazing and helpful and the breakfast was good!😊
