酒店很乾凈，大堂不大但安排了三個接待台，入住很順利，特別感謝洋洋的安排，一切都很順利，特別對西溪濕地的引導和問題解答，解決了我小red書沒能搞定的問題。
浴室水很大，浴袍很舒服，躺在兩米大床上緩解了一天的疲勞，電梯裏偶遇了送餐機器人，還嗲聲嗲氣的讓我把C位留給它，太可愛了。
酒店早餐的咖啡很不錯，咖啡豆是精選的優質豆子，早餐有服務生主動送咖啡和紅茶，這在五星酒店也不是普遍存在，非常值得肯定。
停車位很大，地下車庫整潔，沒有廢氣的感覺，而且專用車位都在電梯口旁邊，位置很大不難停。
房間裏電視節目很多，燈也很多，滿足不喜歡昏暗色調人的需求，空調製冷能力很強，除了空調還有新風系統，感覺設計時是用心的。

酒店很棒，就在西溪濕地北門步行5分鐘內，這次入住最大的驚喜就是服務，衹要遇到服務員就是主動打招呼，很真誠，看得出管理非常到位，我和小朋友説你去按一下電梯好嗎，旁邊有個服務員馬上跑過來幫忙按了電梯，並擋住門等我們，地下車庫遇到下班的服務員，也是主動按電梯，並微笑讓我們先上，明明還很空，也自己要求等下一步。前台每次經過都會打招呼，餐廳一個男孩子非常帥氣且熱情，周阿姨更是很細心周到，早餐、中餐、晚餐都吃過，早餐特別棒，不輸五星標準，小餛飩和麪強烈推薦，豆腐花滿足了媽媽的要求，甜甜圈是小朋友的最愛。中餐和晚餐很幽靜，石鍋飯強烈推薦，本來定了隔壁的海鮮自助餐，但是爸爸説還要吃這個石鍋飯哈。更主要的是價格很實惠，環境很舒服，安靜、清幽、舒服。
再説設施，酒店有專用停車位，專用電梯上大堂，房間的大床很舒服，第一天上海開過來3個半小時，下午抓了一下午蝦，晚上一覺睡到早上8點，特別棒。房間的浴缸在房間內的確不太理解，但是小朋友格外開心，電視節目可點播內容豐富，動畫片很新很多，一邊浴缸玩耍，一邊看動畫片，笑聲滿屋。
酒店地下車庫可以直達商業區，下雨天地下車庫走過去就行，瑞幸咖啡和新開元飯店我們就是這麼走過去的。
酒店送了歡迎水果，晚上還有銀耳羹和綠豆湯，疊加西溪濕地成功完成一衹小龍蝦的戰績，這次五一之行可謂完美。感謝廬境酒店的貼心招待，期待下次再來。
