這家民宿在杭州西湖景區裏面，地理位置不錯，距西湖才 1300 米，離杭州動物園和虎跑公園更近，步行幾分鐘就到，尤其是老闆非常熱情，我們一行四人是自駕遊，提前就與我們聯繫，幫我們報備了西湖通（杭州西湖景區，外地車輛通行需要提前報備），我們到達後，老闆親自迎接，幫我們拿行李還給我們免費升級了房間，房間條件很好，各種設施一應俱全，並且還配備了虎跑泉水和龍井茶，老闆親自為我們講解如何遊玩西湖景區，非常耐心和細心，民宿的環境優美，房間舒適，性價比極高，早餐也不錯，還有水果，細節做得很到位，走的時候還送給我們西湖龍井茶路上喝，總之是一次不錯體驗，下次去一定還會去他家。絕對 5 星好評。

很滿意的一次住宿體驗。對於民宿來説，已達150分。首先是環境優美，雖然不大，但處處用心，綠化園林流水燈光，極其出色。在下面坐坐喝茶，心情極爽。房間細節講究，衞生也很好，大窗大床。服務一流，有需必供，特別是服務員小弟小妹，熱情服務，要大大點贊。早餐也用心，還幫忙端到外面園林裏吃飯。外面每桌必有一個小鐵桶，隨手丟垃圾極爽，早上起床，都已收拾清潔完成。離蘇堤一公里，步行到達，位置很好。另外，贊贊隔壁的玖號小廚，飯菜味道很好，雖然不便宜。

這次入住體驗很不錯，房間很滿意，小花園式的民宿，不比五星酒店遜色，老闆人很好，提前加了微信告知很多訊息，旁邊小餐館也不錯，連着吃了兩頓，去了西湖、杭州動物園、環境絕美，等小寶長大了一定會再去，祝生意興隆！

民宿位置好，西湖周邊旅遊方便。帶孩子的比較好因為院子很美，大人小孩都適合轉悠和玩耍。服務非常熱心還提供停車服務。早餐簡單但是也很實在，粥加上本地小鹹菜蘿蔔乾非常養胃😀，還可以在院子裏野外吃早餐，體驗感非常好。唯一的缺陷就是院子太靜了，有些客人朋友會大聲説話產生噪音影響已休息的客人，和一般酒店不能比。也希望酒店在客人入住時就提醒！印象最好的是民宿店長吳女士服務非常熱心。。有這麼熱心服務店長的言傳身教，其他服務員服務都不錯包括小韓等等。。值得表揚。離店時贈送的小龍井茶包，浴缸的一次性薄膜，小防蚊噴劑等小細節，説明瞭服務團隊的體貼。

設施：很全面，該有的都有，大浴缸泡澡很舒服，還有小朋友洗刷的增高凳，3大2小睡着很寬敞，西湖景區性價比極高
衞生：床品衞生間都非常乾淨，絲毫不用擔心
環境：花園賊漂亮，晚上的時候花園裡小音箱還會播放輕揚的音樂，衹有坐在花園裡才能聽到哦！
服務：100分，民宿姐姐很熱情，還幫忙拿行李上樓，對小朋友也很有耐心，出去划船回來晚了還給留了早餐，房間裏的泉水泡龍井絕了！退房還贈送了茶葉，下次來還會住這裏！
酒店姐姐推薦的划船師傅和包車的師傅都很靠譜哦！
