環境很好，很安靜，在基金小鎮裏面，外部環境特別好，服務也不錯，但是因為是老宅子，設施還是略欠缺點，特別是防蚊蟲的紗窗沒有很影響住宿品質。

周邊環境很好，依傍免費公園，早晨聽着鳥語醒了。服務很好，入住送水果酸奶，早餐豐富，還可以送到房間裏。早早退房，但是管家幫我們解決了停車問題，真是貼心。離白塔公園，虎跑公園，玉皇山，九溪等都很方便，走甘水巷老復興街，不會堵車。

對環境非常滿意的酒店，房間是長方形的，有圓形浴缸和淋浴，很安靜也挺乾淨的，不過綠化好的地方天熱應該會有蚊子吧。早餐是套餐，牛奶，粥，還有中式點心，可以送餐到房間或者在大堂一起吃，唯一遺憾的是沒有會做咖啡的人。
酒店在基金小鎮裏，非常羨慕能在這裏上班的公司，有茶室和餐廳，沒有喧鬧，繞着水景走了一圈，像個大公園。

環境美到窒息。真的是打翻了調色板的杭州。酒店就在公園。風水極好。旁邊就是著名的基金小鎮。投資人必來。服務員小鐘小呂特別熱情可愛。還給我小禮物。

地理位置離西湖稍遠，但對於有車的人或者行有餘力的人來講是個好去處。建築本身是歷史文化遺產，坐落在玉皇山，周邊環境優美安靜，能很好的休息。訂的親子房，房間超級大，兩大兩小睡着很舒服。步行九分鐘到水澄橋地鐵口，也比較方便。

優點：環境清幽，房間大，服務好
缺點：手機信號和Wi-Fi都不太好
位置比較偏，交通不太方便，如果開車來還可以，周邊沒有什麼吃飯的地方，但好在可以外賣
