這是一家商務型酒店 酒店配套設施齊全，還有充電樁方便電動汽車充電。前台服務周到。還會主動給我介紹周邊的一些景區。方便我出去遊玩。房間衞生乾淨整潔。值得推薦

這家酒店周邊環境很好 有休息處 可以喝茶聚會聊天的地方 前台接待小姐姐服務態度很好很熱情 一直笑眯眯的讓人感覺特別舒服 房間衞生也特別乾淨舒適 房間的格局也跟其他酒店不一樣 值得推薦

這是一家商務酒店 環境地理位置非常優越就在龍塢收費站下面 有免費的停車場還有充電寶樁 開車過來不用擔心很方便啦，裏面的前台服務員態度很好很熱情 還免費幫我升了級真是太好了 大廳裝修格調有點像中式風格 房間衞生乾淨整潔 床也特別舒服 還有小孩玩的小房子太可愛了 我建議大家如果來杭州可以搜尋下這家雅事酒店來體驗下哦 反正我覺得挺好的 非常棒

這家酒店的位置非常方便，交通十分便利，周圍有很多商店 但我特別滿意這家酒店，從入住到離店的整個過程都非常順利。前台服務非常周到，餐廳的食物也非常美味，我真的很享受每一餐的用餐體驗。房間非常乾淨和寬敞，床鋪也很舒適，讓我有一個好的睡眠。總之這是一家非常出色的商務酒店 下次來我還會再次入住並且也會向身邊的朋友推薦

本次遊玩過來入住，前台接待挺不錯的，服務很周到。環境也挺好，內部設定應有盡有。基本要出門才擁有的，這家酒店都安排到了。上次來還沒那麼多東西，現在有售賣櫃，充電樁，停車場後面也開了口子可以進去了，特別方便。有些開電車的可以開過來還能及時充電，不用擔心沒辦法充電的問題了！另外還有茶葉，有綠茶紅茶可以買，都是本地特產

酒店前台服務熱情周到 提出的問題基本都能解決 性價比也很高 房間非常乾淨 服務人員服務非常熱情 態度親切做的非常到位 我們定的是親子房的房間 實在太滿意了 環境特別好 旁邊還有個餐廳 口味是大眾口味 非常好吃 下次來杭州我還是會選擇這家温馨的酒店 非常棒
