前台服務真誠，為遊客升級無煙房，房間安靜，設定合理，隔音效果好，床墊太柔軟，空間調聲有點大，衞生間狹小，但乾淨無味，淋浴噴頭水流大，沖洗很舒服！早餐品種多，服務員特別大方，對小孩特別關心！不苛求1.2身高，下次還會入住！酒店地點好，乘地鐵很近！

酒店位置好，離西湖很近，周邊吃飯什麼的很多，也很有特色，就在地鐵站口交通也方便。前台服務人員態度友好，房間衞生還算整潔。
