房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，雖然是閣樓，但是一點也不悶。老闆熱情周到，請我們喝龍井紅茶，還貼心的贈送了小包龍井茶。坐在小院可以觀賞星空和月亮。可惜忘了拍照了。

老闆娘熱情心善，升級了茶景大床房，免費提供了早餐，還加了剛剛買來的鍋貼生煎！還提供了她家的龍井茶喝喝，瓜子磕磕！位置很好，離十里琅璫和九溪都很近，旁邊還有個好吃的龍鼎樓餐廳，雞有雞味，魚有魚味……

房間清潔，服務實在，打車過來老闆幫忙拎行李。老闆娘請住店客人品新採的龍井紅茶和綠茶，早上聞着粥香醒來，還有健康的紅薯。
