入住的是家庭房，酒店整體環境沒得説，外部和房間都很好，從入住登記到退房，工作人員Frank，Nicole，Jessica都很熱情，並快速辦理好手續，早餐很豐富，有機會會再去的

這個酒店是我見過服務最差的五星級酒店。服務員衣冠不整，一看就是沒有經過培訓的，還不如一個名宿管理的水平。餐廳也是亂的一塌糊塗，消毒液，清潔劑隨便放在桌面上，服務員態度也非常差。真是糟蹋了那麼好的硬件環境。對悦榕莊太失望了。真的大大拉低了杭州的服務水準。

來杭州體驗了悦榕莊，整個酒店很大，有六十畝，景色宜人，打卡了網紅景點正對着酒店的橋，確實很博人眼球，一進大堂就能看見，入住的時候酒店的服務人員也很熱情，喜歡前台Jeniffer，Jessica，禮賓小哥蘭曉東送我們去了房間，給我們介紹了酒店的各種設施設備，整個入住體驗很棒呀
