酒店的服務非常好，很温馨細緻，多處細節體現出酒店的服務意識上佳，辦理入住時的瓶裝龍井茶使用的是自己種的茶，淡淡的清香很不錯，房間裏的虎跑泉水也體現了龍井的茶文化；服務人員經常主動的幫助開大堂出入的門，方便客人出入，男士服務生也很主動幫助拿行李，酒店的服務員基本都面帶微笑和客人打招呼，坦誠熱情；酒店早餐也不錯，比較精緻，餐廳廚師和服務員均很友好；四年前疫情期間曾經入住過，那時候特殊原因，留下的印象不深，經過前面這幾年的特殊時期，很不容易；這次再次入住感受很好；非常推薦；希望酒店生意越來越好。
