房間舒適，服務員熱情，還有自有茶園。體驗了採茶還是龍井獅峯產區的茶，炒了茶，讓我們帶回家，體驗非常好。順便提一下，採茶套餐的午飯特別好吃，很精緻

酒店環境不錯，五一期間滴滴限行，要公交去，87/27路可達。酒店2009年建的，插座很少，床頭也沒法充電，一個房間大概就四個插座。買的含一份正餐的套餐，加了260元左右，菜式太一般，不建議購買。

入住星空spa浴缸房！星空是掃二維碼付款的望遠鏡🔭spa浴缸進門就有熱水，但你敢泡嗎？各種分泌物在浴缸。酒店美名其曰幫你放好泡在水。換乾淨水需自己趴在地上操作，大約耗時三小時。還得認真消毒浴缸～來景區變身家政了。ps炒茶大叔説自己不是來上班的，不優秀遊客的茶葉，一直在炒自待茶葉…服務不配五星酒店

房間整體很大很寬敞，訂的高級山景房，面朝茶田很安靜，有紗窗，窗户可以一直開着通風～設備齊全，早餐雖然品種不是太多，但都很精緻！超喜歡吃“杭州小葱拌麪”和酒店提供的西湖龍井茶～每晚還會提供“虎跑山泉水”和一份茶葉，以及“茶香木蓮凍”小甜品～味道都不錯👍雖然在山裡但是出去交通很便利，幾路交通可以到靈隱寺和西湖等一些主要景點，下次去還會選這住～
