非常乾淨，桌子馬桶一塵不染，環境幽靜，臨近西湖景區雷峯塔、凈慈寺，交通便利，服務人員見到顧客都微笑打招呼顯得訓練有素彬彬有禮，早餐自助十分豐盛味道不錯。衹有一點，入住當天居然空調壞了，洗衣服不容易幹，打客服電話詢問前台居然説沒辦法，後來換有經驗的男生回答説給送台電風扇吹乾……倒也是個辦法，想想可能會把人吹感冒，還是算了，當我沒問😂

十幾年老客了，性價比高、周邊環境好，離西湖也不遠，服務態度也非常棒！

早餐比較好，距離西湖很近，雖然有點舊，但是服務不錯，酒店環境也好，下次去杭州還會選擇這裏，家人們都很滿意

開車進出和停車都方便，服務熱情，環境好，安靜。

Very, very bad accommodation experience. The service is so bad that it is incomprehensible, and the good environment is wasted. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not cleaned yet, and I was only asked to wait, and no other solutions were given. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. It seemed that many people were there, but they could not do anything. After waiting for more than half an hour, a room opposite the conference room was arranged. The content of the meeting can be clearly heard with the door closed. After complaining, I was changed to a room in a corner, and the facilities in the room were obviously lower than the original room configuration. I didn't mention it because I thought I wouldn't spend too much time in the room. At 7:30 the next morning, I actually called and said that I had to go to the front desk to pay the room fee. Regardless of the deposit when booking the room, the failure to collect the deposit was also caused by the staff's unfamiliarity with the operating procedures. It was too much to disturb the guests' rest. When I complained, I was told that there was no leader who could handle it at the time, and I found a housekeeping aunt to apologize. When I went to the front desk to complain, I was also told that it was a wake-up service. Absolutely!

酒店地理位置是真的挺好的，價格也便宜，但是設施真的很老了，這是第3次來西湖住這家了，可能也是最後一次。淋浴的門太小了衹能開一半，水壓也不是那麼穩定，一次性的物品都需要跟前台溝通獲取（這個好像是浙江比較嚴格） 最近西湖春季限行，自駕的建議關注一下相關消息，要領什麼西湖通的

門口的聲控燈一直閃誒能不能裝個開關 不想要的時候可以關掉 早餐東西太少了。

環境優美，離西湖景區近，步行就很方便，早餐很豐盛，餐廳的餐味道也很好，家人住的很開心，還會再來。
