酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，前台有一位年紀比較輕的小同志人怪好，幫忙把房間換成了湖景的。讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，風景真的很好。最主要的是乾淨衞生，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值，下次有機會一定會再來。

網上看評價酒店在青山湖邊，到了酒店，前台一位替超短髮的先生免費給升級了房間，態度友好，服務周到規範，見面熱情打招呼，職業素養超讚，酒店環境很好，早餐晚餐後延湖邊散步很舒服，早餐品種豐富，本次住宿非常滿意。

應該是選擇出遊的時間不好，吃早餐的人太多了，吃飯位置都沒有了，體驗感較差。不過有個服務員真的好，她在收拾整理餐桌，看到我們在找桌子，主動問我是不是在找餐桌，在得到肯定答覆後，幫我們一起找，因為暫時沒有找到，讓我們在一個稍微空點的一塊地方等會，幫我們加了一個餐桌，解決了吃飯問題。

感覺湖景房和山景房體驗真的會相差很多，山景房窗外看到的好像就是停車場和一些樹，但是湖景房面朝著青山綠水，看着美景心情都會舒暢一些。酒店早餐很豐盛。距離地鐵站車程約十分鐘。房間衞生有一點點問題，衞生間紙巾筒上有污漬沒擦，書桌旁的椅子縫隙中有積灰一直沒清理。酒店大堂吧的一位女服務員服務水平完全不在線，做事已經不是“邋遢”、“笨拙”可以形容的了。問她100元餐飲代金券可不可以用來購買輕食套餐，一開始説沒有，我問她為什麼沒有，她又去問了一下，又説有了。拿什麼東西都挺慢的。給我拿冰櫃裏的一塊小蛋糕，小蛋糕底下貼的一塊餅乾掉到冰櫃下層了，她也不嫌難看，直接撿起來給我？這是五星級酒店服務員的素質嗎？要感謝客房服務員打掃衞生時幫我找到了一根數據線，幫我郵寄到了上海，除了郵費也沒有收取另外的勞務費用，在此表示感謝。
