I recently stayed at UrCove by HYATT Hangzhou Westlake, and while the property boasts a modern facade, my experience was a mixed bag.
On the positive side, the hotel's central location makes it convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. However, my stay was marred by several maintenance issues that left much to be desired.
Firstly, in my room, the mirror light was malfunctioning, flickering incessantly, which was not only inconvenient but also disruptive to my comfort. Additionally, a friend staying in another room encountered a problem with the motorised curtain, further highlighting the maintenance shortcomings of the establishment.
To compound matters, the state of the gym and laundry room was probably one of the worse I have seen.
In conclusion, while the central location of UrCove by HYATT Hangzhou Westlake may appeal to some, the subpar maintenance of the property undermines its potential. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
