房間有點破舊 天花地板都有明顯的破爛 走木地板會發出吱吱啊啊的聲音 酒店附近都是工地 早晚都有工程進行的噪音
宵夜和早餐很雞肋 第一天吃過一次，第二天已經不想再吃 直接吃**早餐。
餐廳不夠清潔，地板又油又濕的，而且不夠收盤子的服務員，早餐時間難找位置，我們都坐到吧台區

酒店地理位置很好，就在銀泰樓上，附近吃的也很多，銀泰跟杭州中心是年輕人喜歡打卡的地方，有很多網紅店，旁邊的武林廣場還有靈隱專線，去靈隱寺特別方便。地鐵也在門口，過個地下通道就到了。前台小姐姐跟酒店管家蓉蓉服務都特別好，貼心，還特意為小朋友安排了小童用品。以後來杭州還是會選擇美豪麗致！
