設施：洗浴室設施有點老舊
衞生：乾淨衞生，每天都會來收拾
環境：地理位置優越，步行五分鐘就到西湖
服務：前台人員服務很好，大堂的大叔很有禮貌
房間很寬敞，窗口隔音效果很好，大馬路邊上也沒有噪音，步行十分鐘到達銀泰in77商業區

這次選酒店是朋友推薦過來的，聽説在西湖邊酒店的性價比很高，果不其然海華位置優越，去哪裡都很便利，距離有名的西湖也就兩百米的路程，實在愜意，酒店工作人員也很熱情特別是前台小廖幫我免費升級了房間，視線不錯！下次還會光顧

一家老牌酒店，勝在服務好，地理位置是真的沒的説，西湖周邊商業街基本上步行就能解決。交通便利，離龍翔橋鳳起路地鐵站很近，門口就是公交車站。前台還給升級了房型，有機會還會選擇！

住了三晚感覺可以，房間隔音還行，不會很吵，早上的早餐種類也挺豐富的，選擇性挺多的，味道也好吃，吃的飽飽的，前台小劉姑娘和小常經理接待的很耐心，態度也很好。

酒店環境很好，位於市中心，西湖邊上，遊西湖十分方便。入住退房辦理的很快，前台接待人員十分親切友好，尤其是小譚，體驗很不錯。房間裏面衞生打掃的很乾凈，住的也比較舒適。下次過來玩，還會選擇這家酒店。
