基本上每次朋友來杭州遊玩都會選擇海華大酒店，位置很優越，去西湖幾分鐘就到了，隨時走過去，遊個船，看看夕陽很舒服的，前台小廖每次會幫我們安排好的樓層，房間舒適。床品高級！來杭州的最好選擇！

酒店很不錯，衞生挺乾淨，主要離西湖真的非常近，步行個五分鐘都不到就到了，有幾條步行街，東西也很多，前台小劉姑娘接待的態度也好，感謝門衞主動協助叫車離店也給我們送酒店還不錯，衞生挺乾淨，主要離西湖真的非常近，步行個五分鐘都不到就到了，有幾條步行街，東西也很多，感謝門衞帥哥主動協助打車。前台小劉姑娘接待的態度也好，離店也給我們送了伴手禮，就整體來説挺滿意。

第二次入住，酒店位置很好，就在市中心，距離西湖斷橋很近，走路10分鐘就到武林夜市，6分鐘就到嘉裏中心，非常方便。
老牌酒店，衞生還是蠻乾淨的，衞生和安全係數都是出行第一考慮。
兩次入住，酒店的工作人員服務都很不錯。特別感謝小張和小劉的貼心周到服務！
