位置非常好，就在岳王廟後面。出門就是麴院風荷和《印象西湖》。晚上看了演出湖邊散個步。早上起來再湖邊散個步，非常愜意。前台黃蕾服務很周到，幫我升級了房間又送了早餐，早餐出乎意料的棒。

非常滿意，環境優美宜人，前台工作人員服務態度都很好，早餐自助也很好吃，尤其是餐廳叫王亞雷的同志，與我們溝通很熱情用心，還給我們介紹當地飲食文化，非常到位。房間設施齊全乾凈，客房工作人員也很好，我們住的放心。酒店位置離西湖不遠，位於景點密集的位置，旁邊就是岳廟，對面是竹素園，再走幾步就到了西湖邊，離西泠印社也很近。不錯，非常超值！

酒店的位置特別好，尤其從五樓平台望去，湖光山色，風景無敵，就是老酒店了，房間小還有點黴味，服務人員的態度比一般五星級酒店還要好，真心覺得他們在那裡上班挺開心的，體驗不錯！

環境幽靜，交通方便，離西湖景區極近，去靈隱寺有直達公交。黃昏時在房間陽台可邊品茶邊欣賞西湖落日美景。前台116號黃蕾女士很熱心，離店時拿水相贈，很是暖心！

對酒店很滿意，設施齊全舒適，特別是床＇躺椅，還有配置的茶具好愛啊，燒水壺的外形也是我喜歡的復古風，室外的大露台超愛啊！關鍵是座落在西湖景區內，坐擁西湖美景，而且價格非常實惠啊！本來準備多住幾天，但有點感冒怕再嚴重了。下次去一定要繼續住。
