以前就來過這家酒店，環境很好，在西溪濕地公園裡麪，可以體會江南水鄉的環境，才發現離3號線地鐵200多米，前台給升級了套房，感謝M的服務。很推薦的一家酒店

設施：所謂的大床房是兩張標間的床湊一起的，辦入住的服務人員説漏嘴了，問我們訂的是標間嗎？後面第二個服務人員説是大床房。我開始還已為是他們弄錯了，原來就是標間床拼的！
衞生：衞生間淋浴的地是多久沒好好刷過了，防滑墊都發黃了，實在不敢用，一次性拖鞋都有一雙沒包裝，不知道是用過的還是乾淨的，牙刷這些洗漱用品要前台給，房間裏沒有！
環境：小的可憐，兩個大人加一個孩子，都不能在房間裏自由活動！來回走都能撞到，不要懷疑洗漱池能當電視櫃用，沒有衣櫃，簡易的桌子上有個架子，算是掛衣服的地方，那架子還來回晃蕩！
服務：前台總説我們房間有煙感報警，晚上快十一點來敲門，問我們有沒有抽煙！***，我們兩個女人加一個孩子，誰會抽煙，大晚上的敲門，哪敢開門，嚇都嚇死了，都告訴他沒人抽煙了，這還不算完，凌晨一點多居然打房間的電話，又問抽煙沒，你們自己房間設備有問題，就給我送叫醒服務嗎，凌晨醒了半天沒睡着，太過分了吧！😡
