銀江賓館地理位置優越，商務、出遊、辦事都比較方便，賓館的環境衞生也不錯，服務人員的態度也很好，值得點評。

在攜程上提前預訂的是兩天的行政雙床房，被酒店安排到11樓，房間較小，和酒店多次確認，酒店大堂都説這就是行政房，而不是普通標間，可酒店電梯間裏客房樓層安排明明16樓為行政客房，如果酒店有會議，安排不過來，可以和我們協商，不要這樣愚弄客户。

本來可以訂周邊其它酒店，但知道有銀江這麼個酒店已有很多很多年了，從來沒有住過，心想這麼多年的存在，應該是不錯的一個酒店吧？結果令我非常失望，入住服務員的態度一點也不熱情，有點愛住不住的味道，多要幾瓶水，説最多衹能給2瓶，否則要收費的，無奈衹有到外面去買，2大桶也衹有幾塊錢。房間很低很小，有壓抑感，設施也較陳舊了，衞生間淋噴頭衹有固定的，很不方便，水量也不大，地毯不是很乾凈。隔音很差，隔壁咳嗽説話都很清楚，外面馬路車水馬龍也很吵，幾乎一夜沒睡。衹因“銀江”二個字，我後悔莫及，對不起了“銀江”，説了你這麼多，希望我的評價是客觀的。
