房間衞生尚可，設備傢俱欠維護。服務真是一般，作為住店客人，將上衣外套遺忘在前台前的沙發上，因與朋友外出用歺，打電話讓前台給找一下留存起來。結果告知沒有，讓我自己回來尋找。無奈，衹能將朋友們晾在歺廳趕回酒店尋找。結果發現，所遺外套就在沙發上，離前台不過三、五米之遠，衹要站起來就可看見。前台工作人員如此處理，真是讓上人惱火。希望酒店能對員工加強培訓教育，使服務水平有所提升。

地理位置非常優越，出門過馬路就是西湖，及西湖著名景點“柳浪聞鶯”，酒店有自己的車位，雖然看着不多，但我入住的兩天都很方便的停下了。
雖然老酒店，硬件設施有點陳舊了，但服務還是可以的，衞生乾淨。
