Booked a family room in Building 2. The room was clean and quite spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is excellent, right by West Lake. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Free parking in the underground garage.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting West Lake. It's just a few steps from the lake, and we booked a family suite on the 5th floor with an excellent view – we could see West Lake right from our room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but we usually returned to the hotel quite late, so it didn't bother us at all.

The hotel's location is superb, incredibly convenient whether you're taking a taxi, public transport, or walking. Right behind the hotel is Zhiweiguan, making dining incredibly easy. The hotel staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic; both the elderly and children loved it. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I stayed at this hotel three years ago, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right by West Lake, and there are many high-end brands like Chrome Hearts, plus a plethora of dining options, all within walking distance. The front desk was very thoughtful and arranged our two rooms on the same floor. For breakfast, I highly recommend Zhiweiguan next door; their dim sum is also delicious!
