Seven Apartment Hotel

衞生太差了，屋裡老蟑很多，還有跳騷，蚊子也很多，真是無語了，屋裡太舊了，和圖片上完全是不大相同，很差的一次入住，屋裡冰箱裏還有剩飯剩菜呢。

位置很好，離西湖近，周圍也很熱鬧，吃飯、購物方便非常滿意，下次還會再來！

The location is very good, both prosperous and quiet. You can walk directly to the West Lake (15-20 minutes) and to the Imperial Street of the Southern Song Dynasty (30 minutes). There are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the railway station. There are two bus terminals outside the door that can take you to the Botanical Garden or Yuemiao Temple. The taxi driver can also park directly outside the hotel. If you order takeout, it can only be delivered to the lobby. The room is comfortable, with a view of the West Lake from the window, and the staff is courteous. It's not bad for families. There is a washing machine, so you can travel for a few days and don't want to bring too many clothes. Cleanliness may need to be improved. I know the hotel has done its best, but it would be better if the air outlet from the air-conditioning position could be cleaned. The family was satisfied with their stay this time. There is only one roll of toilet paper on the first day of check-in, but it will be cleaned and replenished every day. Friends who make subsequent reservations should communicate with the front desk if necessary.

To check in, you have to go to the ground floor of Building A to register, and then you can go upstairs to register and get your room card, which is very inconvenient. After taking the room card, I had to check in at Building B opposite. I stayed in a family room, where two large beds were placed together. There was a machine for scanning QR codes to buy condoms, which was really convenient.
