No coffee or tea cups No teaspoons There are 4 packets of sugar, but there is are no coffee and creamer, we had to use our own coffee No box of facial tissue in the bathroom The room is very clean, towels are clean The sofa and throw pillows are perfect. Beddings are clean as well Bathroom amenities are complete except for the facial tissue, however, there is no enough hair Conditioner It looks like there was no room inspection done before it was made available for Occupancy

Great experience stay in flyzoo, very big & comfortable bed , with voice commanding feature on electrical , TV ， music ,lighting , curtains. Keyless entry by recognition of face as key.

Had a fantastic stay at this futuristic hotel. All the technological quirks are fun to use and the staff is also very friendly. Location is a bit far from the center, however, there are still many shops and restaurants in the area close to the hotel. Overall had a great stay at FlyZoo Hotel.

i was disappointed in my stay here. The hotel had gotten a lot of exposure when it opened but it hasn't been maintained well at all. The concept of the robots is a complete gimmick and not worth the extra money. The food was undercooked and made me sick, the rooms were dirty and small, the carpets need to be restretched. The biggest disappointment was gym.. it was pathetically small and not nearly what was is advertised (the yoga room is a meeting room). this actually made me very upset. if you're doing business at the Alibaba campus, it might be worth a look but other than that it feels like you're staying in a dirty, white-walled hospital, not a hotel. Convenient if you want to be close to Alibaba, but the robots are overhyped

Self-check-in is fast and convenient. The robot leads you directly to the elevator. You can take the elevator and enter the room by face recognition. It is very convenient. The room has been upgraded. The space is very large and the bed is also very large. It is completely suitable for a family of three traveling. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It is generally recommended.

The room service at the Feizhubuge Hotel in Hangzhou is very good. The robots are very cute and each room is very smart. Children especially like it. It is worth visiting.

It may have been state-of-the-art when it first opened in 2018, but it's now normal in 2024. The voice recognition for the robot, opening and closing the curtains, music, etc. is the same as Siri and Google Assistant, but it only responds in Chinese, so it's not so good for foreigners. The facial recognition room key is good, but it's just unusual. The breakfast buffet served local dishes and was very good at 68 RMB.
