服務：前台服務很好，小哥哥小姐姐很温柔，耐心介紹景點，推薦遊玩的地方。
環境：酒店地理位置很好，靈隱寺山下，這個價格真的很實惠。
設施：酒店有書吧，茶室，小童房，健身房24小時開放。房間清新淡雅。
衞生：大堂乾淨明亮，衞生超級乾淨。
還有一點早餐超級豐富，自助的。

一進房間就是有一股火鍋菜的味道很難聞，被子衞生間都有一股黴氣，前台接待一般，直接給了早餐券但是什麼都沒説 幾樓 在哪吃 什麼都沒有 就是把卡給你 電梯口在哪幾樓 什麼都沒説 服務一般，房間一般 設施一般 晚上竟然還有蚊子 睡一晚起來和朋友都是身上特別癢 早餐種類特別少 且臟兮兮的 盤子臟桌子臟 菜系臟 掉的哪裡都是 無人清潔
