我對這家酒店的服務印象極深。有次我忘記帶充電器，向酒店借，他們不僅很快拿給我，還提供了多種不同接口的充電器供我選擇。酒店的休閑區佈置得很温馨，我在那裡和朋友聊天感覺特別放鬆。房間的清潔工作也十分出色，每一處都乾淨整潔。

房間很大，總體乾淨，酒店停車不是很規範，因為酒店比較老了，沒有地下停車場，電車充電也不是很方便，酒店環境還是不錯

參加行業活動，安排入住的這裏。
設施老舊，房間走道 燈光幽暗，靠着山邊。説實話有點嚇人。房間裏面一股子 地毯發黴的味道。
和同事開玩笑 這酒店改為那種 密閉恐怖遊戲設施 挺好。
看得出這酒店 20年前應該是 高規格的團體接待性酒店，房間挺大，洗手間洗澡間都挺大，裏面還配那種老紅油漆辦公座椅，沙發和椅子靠背絨布磨損挺嚴重！
這類酒店（在山邊，又和景區在一起）主要承接 團體活動（什麼退休旅行團啦，保險公司半買半送的旅遊接待啦）， 不指望散客入住。
前廳大堂 上二樓 很多大的會議廳和小型展館，舉辦個論壇 行業峯會 之類的。
自助餐廳 在對面 能同時容納幾百號人 吃飯。

來杭州旅遊，入住這個酒店，很舒心的一次旅行，早上致電酒店前台詢問可以提前入住嗎，因為出行早，想早點辦完入住後出發別的旅遊地點，前台小姐姐很耐心的回答説可以的。上午十點到達，酒店園區環境幽美，進酒店大門禮賓小哥哥熱心的幫忙提行李，一路上為我介紹酒店設施及周邊旅遊景點，前台小姐姐很專業，熱情且有耐心的辦理入住，最貼心的是給我安排了窗外風景好的房間。這些小小的細節給我們的旅途增添許多驚喜！
