選擇這個酒店是因為它就在靈隱寺景區對面。第一次替親戚代訂該酒店，反饋一樓房間有臭味。這次自己隨家人一起到靈隱寺拜佛又入住該酒店，特意申請了三樓房間，可還是臭氣熏天，一整夜都被臭氣弄得無法入睡。房間空調也沒有製冷及制熱空調選項，開排風聲音也大到無法接受。餐廳早餐營業到九點，我們一行8點20分踏入餐廳，好多食盒已空盤。聯繫服務員讓聯繫後廚添菜，一個年紀大點的女性服務員居然責怪我們來晚了。咖啡配的糖也沒有，一個男服務員指着炒菜用的砂糖説這個就是。徹底無語！早上九點半就退房了！再也不會入住！！！
