酒店大堂很高端，房間也可以，刷臉進門。但是唯二的問題就是酒店自營有清吧、KTV、餐廳、足浴，共用電梯，所以晚上回來的時候會有一些醉醺醺的客人一起坐電梯；第二個問題就是洗澡水水壓有點不穩定，這個冬天的話洗澡還是有點冷的，還好我是五月份…
其他衞生還可以，也挺安靜，我們住9樓，窗外風景也不錯…酒店離地鐵站不遠，穿過對面的停車場就能到蜻蜓公園，就到了，商圈也就在步行5分鐘內。

開始訂了親子房，一直到去的當天，才看網評説親子房很吵，而且靠近高架，一想完蛋了，帶着長者孩子，休息不好，結果出乎意料，還算挺安靜，兒子也很喜歡小黃鴨

先説優點，整體裝修比較新，衞生狀況還不錯，除此之外，幾乎沒有優點。
首先，酒店緊挨着路口，給我們安排的是臨街的房間，據總枱介紹，整個酒店衹有兩種房，一種街景房，就是我們住的，另一種是小區景房，雖然不臨街，但是是北向的房間，光線不如街景房，所以我們就沒有調換，好在關上窗户以後到晚上十一點以後並不吵，我們也都累了，沒有怎麼影響休息，這一點還可以接受。
其次，酒店門前緊挨着十字路口，酒店保安對車輛出入口完全沒有管理意識和能力，晚上我們打車回來，出入口就停着一輛烤串炸串車，我們衹能在路口下車，保安就在旁邊站着，完全視而不見。
第三，酒店一樓有一個酒吧，晚上九點多我們回來時正有駐唱歌手唱歌，聲音非常大，四樓還有一個對外營業的商業健身房。
第四，也是最差的部分，就是早餐，我們帶着一個1米3高的一年級小學生，吃早餐需要單獨購買不説，且沒有小童優惠，成人49元一位，1米2以上的所有小童也都是按照成人標準49元收取。如果早餐豐盛美味我也可以勉強接受，但是實際上種類很少且口味很差，煎雞蛋是涼的，蒸餃皮硬的咬不動，牛奶衹有一種甜牛奶，甜的齁**，懷疑是奶粉沖的再加糖，整體感受甚至不如我們西湖邊上民宿提供的10元一位的早餐。
我們本來定了兩晚，439一晚878兩晚，一想到如果再住一天還要忍受這樣的酒店早餐服務，再怕麻煩也決定提前退房了，完全忍不了。
任何對早餐品質哪怕衹有一點點要求的人，都不建議來這裏感受到底有多差，杭州酒店很多，你完全可以有一個更好的選擇。
