Wow~ The service of this hotel is really great! From the moment I entered the door, I felt the warm and caring reception. The girl at the front desk was smiling, kind, and answered all my questions carefully, making me feel as warm as returning home. The room is decorated both comfortably and exquisitely, and every detail is thoughtfully considered. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep all night, which is great! Breakfast is also a highlight with rich variety and authentic taste. Every bite is full of happiness. Here, I feel truly at home, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station Line 5 is just a few steps away. The breakfast is good with many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective and good.

The lobby is spacious and bright. The room is comfortable. The front desk staff is very good. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. It is conveniently close to Metro Line 5

The experience was very, very bad. The room was what you saw in Figure 3-4, more than 300 per night, and there was malicious targeting at the front desk. Others could choose rooms in the place marked in Figure 1, but I was not allowed to choose. I was also a platinum user, but the service was targeted and differentiated. I went to the front desk to issue a general VAT invoice (the kind for personal use). Figure 9 is the platform's invoicing rules, which clearly mentions the general VAT invoice, but the front desk insisted that the electricity tax invoice was the general VAT invoice. An employee who didn't wear work clothes also said that he would use all means to deal with me, and then maliciously reported a false police report to slander me and asked the functional department to support me. It can be said that it was a very bad experience when I first came to Hangzhou.

I like the first perspective of staying here. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk is also very enthusiastic and the service attitude is very good.
