地理位置在於杭州源壹高館西湖景區店，非常好找，住在裏面很安靜安全。
入住感受:乾淨！入住進去就像自家一樣，簡單，華實，這次出行帶了兩位長者，晚上還可以聚在一起看個電影，另外值得一提的他們家的床墊和被子都貼別舒服，床墊軟軟彈彈，被子也很柔和，房間光線非誠好，窗户很大，長者家們睡過之後都跟我反饋睡的很好。
老闆服務:前台服務很熱情，很好溝通，早餐豐富，有停車場，旁邊就是茶莊，給我介紹了很多好吃的餐廳，尤其是杭州本幫菜！
這次的整體入住非常滿意！感謝老闆給了我很多解答，也提供了很多便利，如果下次再到西湖這邊茶莊來，還會選擇這家店的，值得推薦！！！

在西湖景區裏面，交通什麼的都挺方便，最主要的是空氣新鮮，房間乾淨整潔，沒有奇怪的味道，早餐的品種還比較豐盛，前台的服務挺好，就是附近人特別多，出門就是西湖龍井茶樹

避雷！避雷！有生以來第一個差評給你們了！
首先房間極小，轉個身都能碰到的那種程度，設計非常不合理，窗邊都沒插頭充電，衞生間更加，兩個人去的話洗漱和洗澡不能同時進行，因為太小了，水龍頭一放就能搞得房間到處是水，衞生間也沒有插線頭，非常不合理，這我認了。
離譜的事情來了，因為我們是開車去的，快到的時候提前電話打去問車停哪裡方便，那邊告知有空的地方就能停。沒想到第二天出去的時候收了85元停車費，電話打過去理論為什麼不提前説停車費這個事情，那邊説申請退還，我也接受，兩天過去，沒下文了，再次電話詢問，那邊説讓點個好評，然後再退錢，我不接受，房間和服務態度都差成這個樣子怎麼好評？那邊説他們都是這麼操作的，我也是服。然後那邊又打電話過來説退我65元，沒法退85，我自認倒黴認栽我也接受了，説加微信退我，微信號發過去到現在也沒加，這個態度我不敢恭維，我估計其他好評也是這樣的方式刷出來的，大家擦亮眼睛吧，我也不差這麼一點錢，實話實説，一定要讓大家避雷。

免費提供早餐，提供停車券（24小時的需自費20）。楊梅嶺這個停車收費是真不合理，不管多久都是20一小時，沒有一天封頂的，自費是真吃不消。開車去的需提前確認停車券。

清明快到了，是踏青的趕時間，週末家庭聚會，從上海開車到杭州，一共4大2小，一週前選了楊梅嶺的這家民宿，樓頂整套，視野絕佳，滿眼春色，家家户户炒茶，空氣中到處飄盪着新茶的味道。老闆娘很熱情，泡了剛炒的死貴死貴的明前龍井，味道超級哇塞，感覺整個春天都喝進肚子裏了。正巧趕上老婆生日，老闆娘送了一瓶紅酒，也是很哇塞，微醺+新茶，早飯超級棒。
