定了親子房，提前一天管家江丹丹就打了電話加了微信，網上溝通服務，有求必應，服務周到；酒店超級適合在緊張的工作之餘純粹去放鬆一下的，有養生項目…環境也很適合休養生息一下下…讓自己慢下來…整個園區很大…是個吸氧休息的好選擇～

酒店坐落在湘湖度假服務區內，鬧中取靜，離景點步行衹要10分鐘，很方便。酒店佈置很大氣，一進門就能聞到一股幽香的檀香味。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，空調也不冷不熱。酒店服務很好，基本有求必應，房間設施齊全，還有歡迎水果，很貼心。特別是酒店提前有管家會聯繫，這次的管家小蔣服務熱情周到，一直提前詢問我們的需求。在五一假期杭州人流爆棚的情況下，能住到這麼優秀的酒店實在太幸福啦

整體還可以，房間的櫃子氣味偏大一些但能接受。飛機經常有飛過去且飛得低。半夜樓上經常在拖椅子，持續了有半個小時。酒店早餐很好，環境乾淨，服務員服務到位。

房間非常不錯，買的酒景套票，送了兩張海洋館的門票，非常划算，歐美女還免費幫我們升級了親子房，房間還免費提供泡澡袋，早餐品類也是挺多的，下次還來
