以小而奢侈為名， 卻毫無奢侈之感覺。 洗澡長久沒有熱水， 來維修的人穿著皮鞋就進入房間和洗手間就調適， 沒調好，卻弄到一個房間全是濕漉漉得鞋印。
所有的服務人員感覺都不是正規做酒店業的，當然, 前台的幾位人都不錯，可是，我絕對不會向推薦人推薦此酒店

民國時期的小洋樓“隱廬”，民國將軍呂民貴的私宅，五大兵工廠的廠長，家底不薄哦。韓國臨時政府也在這兒湊了好多年熱鬧[調皮][調皮][調皮]服務和管理都很專業到位，還主動給我生了升級，非常感謝🙏

來杭州被朋友推薦這家酒店：位置非常好，地鐵出來步行幾分鐘就到。老公出差，我帶孩子逛西湖，旁邊商場多較方便。住了一個很大的套房，酒店鬧中取靜衞生很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情。早餐出的是套餐口感不錯工作人員説餛飩是早上現包👍🏻，下次來杭州還住這家！

服務態度好，酒店環境不錯，很有底藴的民國風格，設施齊全，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，補差價還給我升級了！！房間超級好，乾淨整潔，床很大，衞生間乾淨，客房服務員熱情，房間內還配有免費迷你吧。早餐搭配很不錯，吃得很滿足。能量滿滿的開啟西湖暴走的一天！
