健身房的音樂簡直是噪音，尤其音響明顯破音了，也找不到哪裡可以關音樂，負責音樂選曲的人我也是服了，真是人才，這種音樂不如不放，這個音樂配上這個壞了的音響，簡直要人命，希望能改善

房間外面風景很好，房間內衞生乾淨整潔！

還不錯，設施一般

給杭州“長臉”了，你們酒店。員工怎麼培訓的我是不太明白，什麼年代還搞歧視？性別歧視？服飾歧視？住過這麼多城市的萬豪，最差就這家。

飯店入住迅速確實，地點很好，警衛熱心回答我的問題並指示捷徑。整體設備新穎舒適，窗外錢塘之景與照片一致，浴缸也很舒適，非常滿意，早餐雖不如我想像有更多當地特色菜，但也中規中矩多有兼顧，是間地點好又舒適的飯店，有一貫Marriott 的水準。

沒有住過這麼差的萬豪，房間感覺有味道，而且不隔音，洗澡的地方隔斷都沒有，洗手間非常小而且正對床，設施也很陳舊，就給了2個牙刷，其他什麼都沒有，還美其民曰説響應政府什麼減少一次性用品消耗，除了江景房的景色是亮點，一無是處，對不起這個價格
