Atour Hotel (Hangzhou Wulinmen South Hushu Road) Reviews

I didn’t take advantage of the amenities but the hotel offered breakfast and dinner! I had plans already but would have really enjoyed taking advantage of those amenities at the hotel! The room was clean and smelled lovely. The bed was comfortable especially after walking for hours around the city exploring. The staff were very friendly and attentive and checking in was easy and hassle-free.

This is probably the worst place I have ever experienced in terms of hygiene when staying in a hotel. The corners of the walls are also shabby. I visited a few years ago and it felt pretty good. Checking in was a bit long-winded, and after finishing my late night snack and getting ready for bed, I checked the bed. There were a lot of dirty things. I thought it was too late to just take a nap, but I thought I should have called the front desk, only to find that the phone was also dirty. Damn it, has this room been left unoccupied and unsanitary? No wonder the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay extra for an upgrade. Fortunately, the guy who changed the sheets and the girl at the front desk were very nice, and there were not many breakfast items.

The service facilities and bedding of Atour are very clean. The environment is very good. It is the first choice for going out without any worries. There is also a public outdoor terrace.

It is located in a residential area in the city, with a courtyard and flowers. The service staff is very enthusiastic, with honey water, hot tea and warm greetings. It feels like home. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will choose this "Atour" again😊
