房間比較大 也不叫乾淨，雖然房間很少，一樓房間都有一個小院子，也比較清靜
但是比較喜歡大堂裏的水景比較小但是正好在西溪濕地公園邊上地理是是是不錯的

酒店位置絕佳，就在西溪濕地國家公園旁邊的天堂度假區內，就餐、前往公園非常方便。酒店有小火車送客人直達公園入口。酒店的設施、服務很符合精品酒店的定位，入住體驗超過了我的預期。這次和家人入住的是家庭套房，房間非常乾淨，設施品質很高，衞浴是科勒的，房間結構設計也很人性化，樓下樓上各有一個超大衞生間，互不幹擾。早餐品類比較豐富，還能吃到新鮮出爐的韭菜盒子，服務員還會幫忙調製咖啡，很驚喜，能夠體會到酒店服務上的用心。酒店整體服務非常真誠，無論是前台、餐廳，還是打掃房間的人員，都很禮貌、温暖。離店時，酒店員工還幫忙把行李送到了出租車上，為這次入住畫上完美句號。下次有機會再來杭州，還會入住這家酒店的

週末帶小朋友遊玩西溪濕地，酒店地理位置不錯，步行即可到達濕地。我們辦入住的時候正好訂的雙床房還沒空，前台小姐姐熱心地幫忙升級了複式家庭房。到達房間正好遇到保潔員打掃收尾，其中一名保潔員最後帶上老花鏡蹲在地上檢查是否還有頭髮，可見衞生還算是嚴格要求的。家庭房樓上樓下兩張大床，各有一個陽台，房間還算比較寬敞，智能小度也深得小朋友喜愛，下次還會考慮入住。

Traveling with mommy. High cost performance. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. It is next to Xixi Wetland and close to the subway station. It is very convenient. It is very quiet at night.
