前台小姐姐服務很到位，小朋友很開心，還有古風服裝體驗，長者家也玩了一把穿越

乾淨整潔，房間面積很大，適合我們帶倆娃出行的，隔音還行，很安靜，有大大的落地窗户，窗户外面綠化很漂亮，窗簾隔光很好，智能開關，不過不喜歡房間的地毯，還是喜歡地板，覺得更乾淨
細節方面建議配備洗手液，拖鞋質感再好點，有寶寶拖鞋就更好了
早餐是份飯，不是自助餐，一人一份管飽，酒店工作人員看我們四個人，還贈送了一晚葱油拌麪，茶很好喝，要是咖啡不是速溶的就更好啦
關於交通：離西溪公園北門特別近，拐個彎就到，北門門口有個地鐵站，去哪兒都很方便，酒店旁邊底商很多，吃喝俱全

環境安靜，不臨街，是在商務區那裡，出行有19號線，臨着西溪濕地，非常方便。
房間很大，雙人床也是1.35的，乾濕分離。唯一的問題是，衞生間和浴室的門都不是磨砂的，隔斷是鏤空的，看得很清楚。孩子小還行，大了就有點不方便。

設施：很新 比較齊全，裝修風格很特別
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，毛巾換新也很及時
環境：就在西溪濕地北門附近 周圍交通，餐飲，綠化環境都沒得挑
服務：服務一級棒
美中不足是 門口的小台階，黑色台階段差晚上可能絆腳。正門沒有斜坡拉行李，小行李還好，大行李箱比較沉還要領起來就很尷尬了。還有可能腿腳不方便的殘障或者長者 用輪椅也不好上去。希望改造下。
